job was more than the guys expected, based on the information they
were provided by the "sales person(s)". They handled it
and although they were frustrated at times, they never complained
and never goofed off. They were professional, courteous and
respectful. They made sure that I understood everything that was
going on when it was happening not after the fact. There were a
few issues afterward, but someone was there to address it in a
timely manner. When it was all said and done, if I had to
(hopefully I won't) do it again, I would."

another company which handles cracks. I had the cracks completed

"Everydry
personnel were courteous and professional in guiding us through this
project. The crew was quite careful in how they removed the carpet
and baseboard and handled the jackhammer (only a couple of nicks in
the drywall which will be covered by the baseboard anyway). And they
did a pretty thorough job of removing debris from our basement. My
only complaint is the communication between crew and customer about
how long they work in a day (our crew, except for the last day,
worked about 5 hours/day) and they should be clear as to what time in
the morning they will arrive and if they are going to be late, how
late."

"They did a
great job and finished earlier than anticipated. For what they had
to do, I don't think it was really possible to be all the neat and
clean but they did a good job at trying. We haven't had a major
rain since they fixed it but we shall see. They are predicting
thunderstorms on Wednesday."
